Open play allows for your child or children to play as long as you have time
and availability to be here with them. We do not allow for pass in and out
once you have paid. The parents area has nice big screens and free WI-FI.
This allows parents to have a good time while their kids are playing. Our
concession stand is also open to provide snacks and drinks while you are here to
play.
Weekends always book faster than weekdays. We do have many people that
will book parties 2 to 3 months in advance to secure a specific date. We
encourage you to book early if you too desire a specific date and time for your
child's birthday party.
The party package pricing considers only the number of kids in the package.
If older siblings or parents of the kids would like to play, they are welcome to
pay the regular open play admission to join in the fun. If the party is a
very large group, you may consider booking a private party.
Everyone is allowed to bring in your own birthday cake for the party.
We can help provide other food choices for you such as pizza and Chick-Fil-A chicken.
There is no outside food allowed for people coming for open play.
We work hard to maximize the party experience for every birthday party at Air
Jump USA. For us to do that we have to make sure everyone is able to get
the full benefit of their party time. If some of the people in your group would
like to stay, they are welcome to purchase open play admission to continue their
play experience.
We do offer group rates. We consider a group to be 10 playing children
or more. The standard group rate is $5.00. If you have a very large
group would like to schedule reoccurring play times for your mom's group,
daycare, or home school club, please contact us so that we may quote you a rate
for your need.
We would love to help you design a custom fundraiser for your
school group. Please contact us on how we may help your school group reach
your goal through a special night or nights.
Everyone who plays is required to wear socks for their safety
and to help maintain the best sanitary conditions.
By design, our facility is designed for children ages 2 to 12.
We do have little ones that come with play groups younger than 2 and we welcome
them to play any day. We also have teenage siblings as well as parents
that play every day with us. We welcome these to play but ask everyone to
especially respect the little ones playing on each of the rides. Our
Flight Controllers will be out on the floor with your children to make sure
everyone has a good time during their flight.
Your admission pays for you or your child to play as long as
you wish to play. We can not allow people to come and go for your safety.
We do offer full concessions so that if you need a play break, you can enjoy a
nice snack or light meal from our menu.
At Air Jump USA, we consider safety and cleanliness our first
responsibility. We make sure that each day all of our rides are sanitized
and checked for safety. We also staff the Flight Deck with Flight
Controllers that make sure your kids not only have fun but do it safely with all
those around them. Our posted
rules are reminders to show you that
we consider your child's safe fun first.
